{"id":89264,"date":"2001-12-03T00:00:00","date_gmt":"2001-12-03T00:00:00","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.deberes.net\/tesis\/sin-categoria\/experincias-y-modelos-de-cambio-un-analisis-multisectorial\/"},"modified":"2001-12-03T00:00:00","modified_gmt":"2001-12-03T00:00:00","slug":"experincias-y-modelos-de-cambio-un-analisis-multisectorial","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.deberes.net\/tesis\/ciencias-economicas\/experincias-y-modelos-de-cambio-un-analisis-multisectorial\/","title":{"rendered":"Experincias y modelos de cambio. un an\u00e1lisis multisectorial"},"content":{"rendered":"<h2>Tesis doctoral de <strong>  Pacheco Reyna Ana M. <\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>El trabajo que presentamos como tesis doctoral se estructura en dos partes: una te\u00f3rica y una pr\u00e1ctica.  la parte te\u00f3rica abarca los seis priemros temas en los que se trata la resitencia al cambio, el proceso de cambio, las \u00e1reas afectadas en dicho proceso, los modelos de cambio y la realizaci\u00f3n del mismo.  en la parte pr\u00e1ctica, se describen los cambios habidos en un total de unas 100 empresas pertenecientes a los diferentes sectores y agrupadas por actividaes, con independencia del marco geogr\u00e1fico, y referidas a per\u00edodos cronol\u00f3gicos comprendidos entre los \u00fatlimos 15 \u00f3 30 a\u00f1os, seg\u00fan la clase de empresa de que se trate. Se estudian las causas que motivaron los cambios, las circunstancias en los que estos se aplicaron y las partes de la organizaci\u00f3n que fueron afectadas. El an\u00e1lisis culmina con los resultados del cambio, reflejado en el nivel de \u00e9xito alcanzado.
