Jose <\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>La tesis forma parte de un proyecto m\u00e1s amplio que acomete desde diversas disciplinas el estudio de linfoma anapl\u00e1sico de celula grande (lacg). Se han abordado en este trabajo, dentro del campo de la biolog\u00eda molecular, aspectos relacionados con la estirpe y patogenia de estos linfomas.  se analiza el reordenamiento de los genes de los receptores antigenicos y se compara el comportamiento de los lacg con el de otros linfomas no hodkin (lnh) para determinar si presentan algunas caracteristicas distintivas.  tambi\u00e9n se estudia la presencia de la t(2,5) (p23.Q35) y la expresi\u00f3n de la proteina alk, asi como la metilacion de los genes supresores de tumores p16 y p15 para precisar la especificidad e implicacion de estas alteraciones en la patogenia de los lacg.
