Un estudio de la reactividad del diberzofosfol permite dise\u00f1ar una ruta sint\u00e9tica para acceder a s\u00edstemas 3,5,7-sustitu\u00eddos asim\u00e9tricamente y se emplea esta ruta sint\u00e9tica para la obtenci\u00f3n de tres compuestos que incluyen optimziaciones estructurales.  se dise\u00f1a a continuaci\u00f3n un m\u00e9todo de resoluci\u00f3n \u00f3ptica de los sistemas sintetizados, gracias al empleo de ciclopaladatus quirales, separadas por cromatograf\u00eda en columna. La configuraci\u00f3n absoluta del p se determina gracias a diferencias en los desplazamientos de 1h-rmn entre ambos diastere\u00f3meros. la pureza \u00f3ptica se determina por 1h-rmn con reactivos de desplazamiento de eu(iii) y por hplc con fase estacionaria quiral, resultando ser superior al 99%.  por \u00faltimo se estudian las fases l\u00edquido-cristalinas mostradas por los productos sintetizados, tanto &#8212; como quirales, observ\u00e1ndose fases cristal-l\u00edquido quirales en todos los compuestos resultados as\u00ed como una estabilizaci\u00f3n de las fases obtenidas en los
