{"id":89358,"date":"2018-03-10T00:14:28","date_gmt":"2018-03-10T00:14:28","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.deberes.net\/tesis\/sin-categoria\/un-analisis-de-competencias-personales-el-caso-de-las-habilidades-directivas\/"},"modified":"2018-03-10T00:14:28","modified_gmt":"2018-03-10T00:14:28","slug":"un-analisis-de-competencias-personales-el-caso-de-las-habilidades-directivas","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.deberes.net\/tesis\/ciencias-economicas\/un-analisis-de-competencias-personales-el-caso-de-las-habilidades-directivas\/","title":{"rendered":"Un analisis de competencias personales: el caso de las habilidades directivas."},"content":{"rendered":"<h2>Tesis doctoral de <strong> M.teresa Navarro Villar <\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>El objeto de la tesis es lograr controlar una ventaja competitiva sostenible a largo plazo a traves de un elemento diferencial, que son las personas y los directivos en especial.  la hipotesis es ver si los directivos tienen o utilizan esas nuevas competecias no tecnicas y que dan lugar a esa ventaja competitiva sostenibe, ademas ver perfiles de directivos en cuanto a competencias personales.  para conseguir esto se utiliza:  -la gestion del cambio como elemento dinamizador de la organizaci\u00f3n.  -analisis de c\u00f3mo las organizaciones pueden aprender y de esta forma llegar a crear una organizaci\u00f3n inteligente.  -estudio de motivacion humana y de la implantacion de una gestion para competencias para un mejor aprovechamiento de las competencias personales.  -estudio de las competencias personales y desarrollo emocional para poder llegar a las competencias directivas.  en el estudio estadistico se puede contrastar las hipotesis y e obtiene el perfil del mejor directivo.  se estudian cuatro competencias: ejecutivas, estrategicas, relacionales y actitudinales que a su vez se dividen en quince mas. Se obtienen cancelacones de varias parejas de competencias importantes y se ve su asociacion.  por ultimo sehace un estudio de conglomerados.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h3>Datos acad\u00e9micos de la
