{"id":89403,"date":"2018-03-10T00:14:33","date_gmt":"2018-03-10T00:14:33","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.deberes.net\/tesis\/sin-categoria\/celulas-donantes-de-nucleos-para-clonacion-somatica-en-conejo-obtencion-criopreservacion-cultivo-y-preparacion\/"},"modified":"2018-03-10T00:14:33","modified_gmt":"2018-03-10T00:14:33","slug":"celulas-donantes-de-nucleos-para-clonacion-somatica-en-conejo-obtencion-criopreservacion-cultivo-y-preparacion","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.deberes.net\/tesis\/ciencias-agrarias\/celulas-donantes-de-nucleos-para-clonacion-somatica-en-conejo-obtencion-criopreservacion-cultivo-y-preparacion\/","title":{"rendered":"Celulas donantes de nucleos para clonaci\u00f3n somatica en conejo: obtenci\u00f3n, criopreservaci\u00f3n, cultivo y preparaci\u00f3n"},"content":{"rendered":"<h2>Tesis doctoral de <strong> Moustafa Saeed Ayman <\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>En el presente trabajo de tesis se aborda en la especie cun\u00edcola la puesta a punto de las t\u00e9cncias requeridas para obtener, criopreservar,cultivar y preparar los dos tipos celulares considerados mejores candidatos para aplicar la clonaci\u00f3n som\u00e1tica a la conservaci\u00f3n de labio diversidad y la mejora gen\u00e9tica:c\u00e9lulas del cumulo y muy especialmente fibroblastos epiteliales.  se han ensayado dos procedimientos de cripreservaci\u00f3n de no equilibrio para conservarles tipos celulares, congelaci\u00f3n ultrar\u00e1pida y vitrificaci\u00f3n, habi\u00e9ndose alcanzado unos niveles de supervivencia y proliferaci\u00f3n celular tras descongelaci\u00f3n desvitrificaci\u00f3n muy elevados, m\u00e1s que suficientes para cubrir el objetivo aplicado que se persigue.  adem\u00e1s, se han podido establecer los l\u00edmites temporales postmortem dentro de los cuales, y en funci\u00f3n de la tempertrua ambientes, se pueden lograr recuperar c\u00e9lulas vivas de indiviudos muertos con antelaci\u00f3n.  finalmente, se han estudiado las diferentes etapas del proceso de clonaci\u00f3n som\u00e1tica, de forma que se tiene ya un conocimiento preciso y directo de sus fases m\u00e1s cr\u00edticas, llegando a proponer incluso posibles soluciones al respecto. En todo caso debe se\u00f1alarse que la eficacia, evalauda en t\u00e9rminos en embriones as\u00ed obtenidos que llegan a dividirse, es similar a la alcanzada por otros autores en esta misma
