Se encontr\u00f3 formaci\u00f3n de d\u00edmeros y uni\u00f3n a ribosoma de estos d\u00edmeros en todos los casos ensayados con las prote\u00ednas del tipo p2, pero en el caso de las prote\u00ednas del tipo p1, \u00e9stas se unen a ribosomas s\u00f3lo cuando existen dos sitios de uni\u00f3n para estas prote\u00ednas libres en el ribosoma.  un estudio biof\u00edsico posterior, consisti\u00f3 en la expresi\u00f3n y purificaci\u00f3n de distintas prote\u00ednas p del tallo ribos\u00f3mico y la posterior medici\u00f3n de las constantes de asociaci\u00f3n entre ellas, usando la t\u00e9cnica de resonancia de plasmones de superficie. Se regristr\u00f3 un valor de kd= 2,2 x 10-7, entre la prote\u00edna recombiante p2beta y un fragmento correspondiente a los \u00faltimos 98 amino\u00e1cidos de la prote\u00edna p0.  el estudio celular se realiz\u00f3 mediante una t\u00e9cnica muy novedosa de microscop\u00eda de dos fotones asociada a espectroscop\u00eda correlacional de fluorescencia. se obtuvieron prote\u00ednas p de fusi\u00f3n a gfp y se expresaron en distintas cepas de levadura. La cepa w303 present\u00f3 una autofluorescencia muy alta que imped\u00eda la medici\u00f3n de intensidad de fluorescencia debida a la presencia de la prote\u00edna de fusi\u00f3n a gfp.  se cambi\u00f3 de fondo gen\u00e9tico de estudio a una cepa dpep4, deficiente en proteasas vacuolares. En este fondo gen\u00e9tico se comprob\u00f3 que cuando se expresan dos prote\u00ednas de fusi\u00f3n a gfp,la intensidad de fluorescencia es el doble que cuando se expresa s\u00f3lo una.  topdos estos experimentos en conjunto apoyar\u00edan la teor\u00eda de una composici\u00f3n homog\u00e9na de tallos ribos\u00f3micos, donde existir\u00edan una prote\u00edna \u00e1cida de cada tipo unida al
