Montserrat <\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>La presente tesis doctoral tiene como objetivos la b\u00fasqueda de nuevas metodol\u00f3gicas de sintesis de 2-piperidonas y el estudio de las aplicaciones de dichos sistemas a la s\u00edntesas de precursores de alcaloides \u00abaspidosperma\u00bb y pseudop\u00e9ptidos derivados.  los resultados obtenidos en la primera parte ponen de manifiesto que el m\u00e9todo estudiado no resulta el idoneo para la s\u00edntesis estereoselectiva de dichos alcaloides ind\u00f3licos.  en la segunda parte de la presente memoria se describe la s\u00edntesis esteroselectiva de los an\u00e1logos restringidos espir\u00e1nicos de los dip\u00e9ptidos pro-ley y gly-leu, utilizando como intermedio clave de s\u00edntesis el \u00e9ster met\u00edlico de la 2-alil prolina.  se ha estudiado tambi\u00e9n la protecci\u00f3n y desprotecci\u00f3n de estos an\u00e1logos, obteni\u00e9ndose as\u00ed los compuestos \u00fatiles para la introducci\u00f3n de estos dip\u00e9ptidos en p\u00e9ptidos de actividad conocida, siguiendo las estrategias boc-bn y fmoc-tbu.  como \u00faltimo objetivo se plante\u00f3 la s\u00edntesis y el estudio conformacional de los an\u00e1logos tripept\u00eddicos cly-leu-met de la regi\u00f3n terminal de las taquiquininas.
