{"id":89434,"date":"2018-03-10T00:14:38","date_gmt":"2018-03-10T00:14:38","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.deberes.net\/tesis\/sin-categoria\/construccion-de-un-mapa-de-marcadores-moleculares-y-analisis-genetico-de-caracteres-agronomicos-en-melon\/"},"modified":"2018-03-10T00:14:38","modified_gmt":"2018-03-10T00:14:38","slug":"construccion-de-un-mapa-de-marcadores-moleculares-y-analisis-genetico-de-caracteres-agronomicos-en-melon","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.deberes.net\/tesis\/ciencias-de-la-vida\/construccion-de-un-mapa-de-marcadores-moleculares-y-analisis-genetico-de-caracteres-agronomicos-en-melon\/","title":{"rendered":"Construcci\u00f3n de un mapa de marcadores moleculares y an\u00e1lisis gen\u00e9tico de caracteres agronomicos en mel\u00f3n"},"content":{"rendered":"<h2>Tesis doctoral de <strong> Marc Oliver Ser\u00f3s <\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>Los estudios de variabilidad de los rapds y otros marcadores moleculares (rflps y aflps), identificaron a la l\u00ednea coreana pi 161375 o \u00absongwhan charmi\u00bb (sc) como la gen\u00e9ticamente m\u00e1s distante de la variedad \u00abt-111\u00bb (ps) del tipo de mel\u00f3n comercial piel de sapo, entre un conjunto de variedades pertenecientes a distintos grupos bot\u00e1nicos.  a partir de una poblaci\u00f3n f2 de 93 individuos, derivada del cruzamiento entre las l\u00edneas sc y ps, se elabor\u00f3 un mapa gen\u00e9tico en el cual se localizaron 415 marcadores moleculares, la mayor\u00eda de ellos codominantes (234 rflps, 94 aflps, 53 ssrs, 47 rapds, 5 inter-ssrs y 1 isoenzima) y dos caracteres agron\u00f3micos (el n\u00famero de carpelos y la resistencia al virus del cribado del mel\u00f3n). El mapa construido consisti\u00f3 en 12 grupos de ligamiento, los mismos que el n\u00famero de cromosomas base de la especie, que cubrieron una distancia gen\u00e9tica total de 1235 cm con una densidad de mapa promedio de 2,9 cm\/marcador.  algunos de los rflps localizados en el mapa, se correspondieron a genes de funci\u00f3n conocida o de homolog\u00eda de secuencia con genes de funci\u00f3n conocida en otras especies. Adem\u00e1s, el mapa present\u00f3 un subconjunto de 39 marcadores comunes, a partir de los cuales fue posible el establecimiento de correspondencias con otros dos mapas de mel\u00f3n y uno de pepino construidos por otros grupos de investigaci\u00f3n.  los an\u00e1lisis de cosegregaci\u00f3n entre los marcadores del mapa y 10 caracteres cuantitativos de calidad y morfolog\u00eda del fruto, permitieron la identificaci\u00f3n de 44 qtls (entre 3 y 5 qtls por car\u00e1cter) que explicaron porcentajes significativos de la varianza fenot\u00edpica observada para estos
