En este trabajo se utiliz\u00f3 una colecci\u00f3n de mutantes de y. Liplytica obtenidas por transposici\u00f3n. un total de 3656 cepas mutagenizadas por transposici\u00f3n se analizaron determinando su sensibilidad o resistencia a calcofluor white. En el estudio se aislaron un total de 190 mutantes sensibles y 1125 resistentes. El an\u00e1lisis de las secuencias en las bases de datos revel\u00f3 que s\u00f3lo un 10% de los genes presentaban homolog\u00eda significativa con genes conocidos y un 60% de los genes secuenciados no presentaban ning\u00fan tipo de homolog\u00eda. El 22.5% de las secuencias presentaban un dominio con el que presentan varios genes conocidos, pero no se podr\u00eda relacionar con una funci\u00f3n determinada. Por \u00faltimo un 7,5% fueron considerados artefactos de la transposici\u00f3n, es decir, que \u00e9sta se hab\u00eda realizado de forma incorrecta por lo que los mutantes correspondientes fueron descartados. el an\u00e1lisis por pcr mostr\u00f3 que una de cada cinco genes presentaron integraci\u00f3n hom\u00f3logo. A partir de los resultados obtenidos se ha podido aislar un gen presuntamente relacionado con la bios\u00edntesis de la pared celular. El gen mutagenizado de la cepa iii.18.18 codifica una prote\u00edna dedo de zinc de tipo c2-h2 de y. Lopolytica que se encuentra involucrado en la transici\u00f3n dim\u00f3rfica. Adem\u00e1s hemos aislado dos genes que representan a igual de iii.18.18, integraci\u00f3n homologa. El mutante i.14.31 presenta alta homolog\u00eda con el gen 2-oxoisovalerato dehigrogenasa y con el gen piruvato deshidrogenasa y el mutante i.12.4 presenta una altahomolog\u00eda con la ribonucleoprote\u00edna f. Estudios del mutante de la glutation reductasa de s. Cerevisiate ha mostadro ser hipersensible al calcofluor white, droga que act\u00faa interfiriendo con la formaci\u00f3n de microbillas de quitina y b-1,3<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h3>Datos
