Con la intenci\u00f3n de esclarecer su funci\u00f3n, llevamos a cabo la caracterizaci\u00f3n de componentes celulares que, en los diferentes fraccionados subcelulares de celulas linfoides(nc37), muestran afinidad por protz,enlazada a sepharosa.  este procedimiento nos ha permitido establecer la capacidad de interacci\u00f3n in vitro de prota con proteinas como las historias h2a,h2b,h3 y h4 cuya interacci\u00f3n ya habia sido demostrada en otros tipos celulares en nuestro laboratorio, y tambien con la proteina quinasa de fosforila prota(protak), cuyo estudio se completa con la investigaci\u00f3n de su localizaci\u00f3n subcelular y evoluci\u00f3n de su actividad con el ciclo celular.  para profundizar en la funci\u00f3n nuclear de prota,investigamos su movilizaci\u00f3n al n\u00facleo, demostrando, que la interaci\u00f3n de prota con los nucleos es dependiente de la presencia conjunta de proteinas que interactuan con ella y que estan presentes tanto en los fraccionados subcelulares citoplasmaticos como nucleoplasm\u00e1ticos. mediante tecnicas de transferencia o inmunoreacci\u00f3n con anticuerpos especificios, identificamos entre estas proteinas a las karioferinas b y a; a la proteina ran y a la proteina rcc-1, relacionada con la actividad de ran. Esta interacci\u00f3n in vitro evidencia una intervenci\u00f3n de estas proteinas en el transporte al n\u00facleo de la prota.  dada la aparente implicaci\u00f3n de prota en los procesos de proliferaci\u00f3n celular, investigamos entre las proteinas que interaccionan con ella, algunas de las que pudieran estar relacionadas en el metabolismo del dna y en el control del ciclo celular. Asi, experimentos de inmunodetecci\u00f3n nos permitieron demostrar que la prota interact\u00faa con las proteinas pcna,cdk2 y ciclina a, implicadas en<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h3>Datos acad\u00e9micos
