Se han estudiado reacciones de acoplamiento intramolecular de haluros sobre o-bencil \u00e9tres de oxima; alquinos sobre sistemas con enlaces m\u00faltiples c=n, como son hidrazonas iminas; grupos aldeh\u00eddo con o-bencil \u00e9teres de oxima, empleando hidruro de tributilesta\u00f1o o diioduro de samario como agentes reductores. As\u00ed mismo se han llevado a cabo ciclaciones radic\u00e1licas sobre sistemas hteroc\u00edclicos, en concretado 1,2,3-triazoles. En general, las reacciones tienen lugar en condiciones suaves, con buen rendimiento qu\u00edmico y con buena estereoselectividad. La metodolog\u00eda que se ha desarrollado porporciona en cada uno de los casos de forma selectiva y eficaz productos enantiom\u00e9ricamente puros con regioqu\u00edmica y estereoqu\u00edmica variada. Los productos obtenidos son intermedos avanzados para la s\u00edntesis de nucle\u00f3sidos carboc\u00edclicos e inhibidores de glicosidasas naturales y an\u00e1logos.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h3>Datos
