Finalmente, se determino la actividad metabolica de los microorganismos aislados, a traves del estudio de la actividad enzimatica, la actividad inhibitoria y produccion de micotoxinas.  los resultados obtenidos indican que se debe optimizar la mencionada norma utilizando un tiempo de lavado de 30 minutos, lavarlos a 150 o 200 r.P.M y utilizar triptona de soja agar para el recuento de las bacterias.
