Se determin\u00f3 inicialmente la migraci\u00f3n potencial de ao en granza y en peliculas de pp preparadas con diferenes composiciones de ao, mediante extracci\u00f3n en soxhlet, disoluci\u00f3n en tolueno y extracci\u00f3n con fluidos supercr\u00edticos (efs).Despu\u00e9s se determin\u00f3 la migraci\u00f3n global (mg) y espec\u00edfica (me) de pel\u00edculas de pp en simulantes acuosso (agua y\u00e1cido ac\u00e9tico 3%, p\/v) y grasos (aceite de oliva, n-heptano (hept) y etanol 95% (v\/v) (etoh). Y finalmente, se calcularon los coeficientes de difusi\u00f3n (k) de los ao utilizando como simulante hept y etoh.  la extracci\u00f3n mediante soxhlet y la disoluci\u00f3n en tolueno son m\u00e9todos adecuados para determinar los ao en el pol\u00edmero, sin bien la disoluci\u00f3n es m\u00e1s efectiva para migrantes voluminosos.La efs requiere la optimizaci\u00f3n de numerosas variables como tiempo y temperatura de extracci\u00f3n, forma de presentaci\u00f3n de la muestra y adici\u00f3n de modificadores.La mg en simulantes acusoso est\u00e1 muy por debajo de l\u00edmite legal y es independiente del espesor.La migraci\u00f3n global en aceite de oliva depende del espesor y est\u00e1 comprendida entre la obtendia en hept yetoh. La mede los ao en etoh, expresada como masa migrada por superficie de material expuesto, no es dependiente del espesor, mientras que en hept s\u00ed lo es. La me en hept evoluciona hacia la extracci\u00f3n total, mientras que la extensi\u00f3n de la migraci\u00f3n en etoh se caracteriza por el equilibrio de reparto de los ao tre el pol\u00edmero y el simulante.
