Concretamente, las cabezas de miosinia, pieza clave en la contracci\u00f3n muscular presentan una ordenaci\u00f3n capaz de dar un dagrama de dirracci\u00f3n de rayos x.  los diagramas realizados en los estados musculares de descanso y contracci\u00f3n isom\u00e9trica muestran que, en las reflexiones meridionales, existen un fen\u00f3meno de interferencia. Este fen\u00f3meno ha sido utilizado para extraer informaci\u00f3n de fases.  con esta informaci\u00f3n se ha obtenido la disposici\u00f3n axial de las cabezas de miosina en m\u00fasculos vivos en los dos estados mencionados.  se ha podido establecer que, en contr. Sim. S\u00f3lo una de las cabezas puede enlazarse estereospec\u00edficamente con la actina. En descanso, las dos cabezas tienen una orientaci\u00f3n m\u00e1s similar.
