El trabajo se ha estructurado en los siguientes apartados, que se resumen brevemente a continuacion:  1. Desarrollo de un metodo espectrofotom\u00e9trico por fibra optica para determinacion in situ del punto de neutralizacion de venenos de indicadores organoliticos de la polimerizacion anionica, presentes en el reactor.  2. Sintesis de nuevos indicadores colorim\u00e9tricos sensibles a compuestos organol\u00edticos e inmovilizaci\u00f3n de dichos indicadores en soportes polim\u00e9ricos para fabricar asi nuevos sensores activos.  3. Caracterizacion detallada, mediante espectrocopia de absorcion uv-vis o reflectancia difusa, cada una de las fases sensibles desarrolladas y evaluaci\u00f3n del tipo de interacci\u00f3n que muestran los indicadores soportados, con el iniciador organolitico(formacion de complejos de transferencia de carga o reaccion acido-base).  4. Estudio de la influencia de la temperatura y polaridad del medio en la sensibilidad de aquellas fases reactivas indicador\/soporte que muestran variaciones de sus propiedades espectroscopicas en presencia de compuestos organoliticos alquilicos.  5.
