Mediante tecnicas de inmunofluorescencia indirecta demostramos que en las c\u00e9lulaas nrk la anx6 se encontraba en la regi\u00f3n perinuclear en los prelissomas i lisosomas. Dextrano-fitc llegaba al comportamiento anx6 s\u00f3lo al cabo de 45 min demostrando su localizaci\u00f3n al final de la via endoc\u00edtica. En las c\u00e9lulas polarizadas wif-b solamente un 50% de la anx6 se encontraba en los prelisosomas mientras que el otro 50% se localiz\u00f3 en el golgi. Mediante ensayos in vitro se demostr\u00f3 que la anx6  i la espectrina (citoesqueleto) debian interaccionar para que la calpaina i degradara la espectrina con la subsiguiente internacionalizacion de la vesicula de clatrina. en las celulas nrk la espectrina colonizaba con la anx6 en la regi\u00f3n perinuclear y interaccionaba con gst-anx6. Celulas microinyectadas con un mutante de la anx6, el ldl-dii se quedaba acumulado en unas ves\u00edculas hinchadas perinucleares. tambien se transfectaron c\u00e9lulas cho con el mutante de la anx6 mostrando una disminuci\u00f3n en la degradaci\u00f3n del ldl. Esto nos sugiere que la anx6 tiene un papel importante en la salida de ligandos de los pre-lisosomas para su posterior degradaci\u00f3n en los lisosomas.  en el estudio del papel de la anx6 en la transducci\u00f3n de se\u00f1al se utilizaron celulas cho i una linia de cho transfectadas establemente con anx6(choanx6). mediante ensayos de pull down con gst-anx6 demostramos que raf-1 interaccionaba con anx6 independiente del estado d\u00c2\u00bfestimulacion de las celulas. La actividad raf se encontraba inhibida en las celulas choanx6 y tambien presentaban niveles de ras-gtp mas bajos que las celulas cho, pero curiosamente los niveles de mapk fosforilada eran similares en los tipos celulares, sugiriendonos que en las celulas choanx6 mapk se activa por una via totalmente independiente de ras\/raf-1.
