Adem\u00e1s, el estuido de la estructura\/funci\u00f3n de las prote\u00ednas de estr\u00e9s, en especial de aquellas que funcionan como caperonas moleculares, ha proporcionado nuevos detalles de la bios\u00edntesis de las prote\u00ednas, sobre todo de los mecanismos por los que adquieren sus conformaciones funcionales. Igual inter\u00e9s supone la posibilidad de utilizar las prote\u00ednas de estr\u00e9s como herramientas diagn\u00f3sitcas y como futuros f\u00e1rmacos. a la vez, diversos precursores denominados tambi\u00e9n como l\u00edpidos bioactivos, de fosfol\u00edpidos y de esfingol\u00edpidos, han emergido como segundo mensajeros (diacil-glicero, \u00e1cido fosfat\u00eddico, ceramidas), complicando aun m\u00e1s el entramado de transducci\u00f3n de se\u00f1ales y aportandon uevos objetivos farmacol\u00f3gicos. el trabajo pretend\u00eda encontrar conexi\u00f3n es fisiopatol\u00f3gicas entre el \u00e1cido fosfat\u00eddico y las prote\u00ednas de choque t\u00e9rmico, empleando como modelo experimental leucocitos polimorfonuclears neutr\u00f3filos humanos, implicando al r 59 022 (f\u00e1rmaco
