Rosario <\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>Se estudiaron cuatro especies pertenecientes a la familia amaryllidaceae cyrtanthus elatus, zephyranthes citrina, eucharis grandiflora e hymeocallis tubiflora, aisl\u00e1ndose un total de veintisiete alcaloides. De ellos, 1,2 o-diacetilzefirantina, presente en cyrtanthus elatus, oxomaritida, presente en zephyranthes citrina y 1,2-dihidro-11-hidroxivitatina presenta en eucharis grandiflora se aislaron por primera vez a partir de fuentes naturales. se complet\u00f3 la asignaci\u00f3n estructural de los alcaloides zefirantina, pretazetina y 3-0-metilgalantamina mediante el empleo de t\u00e9cnicas de rmn mono y bidimensionales. el alcaloide zefirantina es la primera vez que se aisla del g\u00e9nero cyrthanthus. los alcaloides licorina y hemantamina mostraron actividad frente a entamoeba histolytica, trypanosoma brucei rhodesiense y trypanosoma cruzi. Hemantidinia 6-epihemantidina, fueron activos frente a t. Cruzi y t.B. Rhodesiense. ismina, 11-hidroxivitatina, galantina y oxomaritidina resultaron ser menos activos frente a estos dos par\u00e1sitos.
