Se exponen varios asepctos de la ruptura y formaci\u00f3n de enlaces qu\u00edmicos, principalmente el enlace por punte de hidr\u00f3geno aunque tambi\u00e9n se ha estudiado enlaces covalente como el mantiene unida la mol\u00e9cula de yodo. Concretamente se analizan los aspectos din\u00e1micos (dominio temporal) y aspectos espectrales (dominio espacial) de determinados sistemas en los que est\u00e1n involucrados \u00e1tomos de hidr\u00f3geno. Por lo que respecta al dominio temporal se han utilizado escalas de tiempo dese femtosegundos a nanosegundos, por lo que respecta a los aspectos espectrales el estudio se ha centrado en las espectroscop\u00eda de absornacnia uv-visible y de fluorescencia. se demuestra que es posible controlar, mediante la elecci\u00f3n del disolvente el agente complejante o la cavidad los dos aspectos mencionados a fin de encontrar una posible aplicaci\u00f3n en \u00e1reas como la biomedicina o la nanotecnolog\u00eda.  los resultados obtenidos suponen un nuevo paso en el estudio de la qu\u00edmica
