Victoria <\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>El dise\u00f1o de mol\u00e9culas de nueva sintesis activadoras de la apoptosis se concreta aplicando los criterios oportunos de accesibilidad sint\u00e9tica y teniendo en cuenta los parametros geom\u00e9tricos(angulos diedros, distancias), parametros estericos y electr\u00f3nicos, rigidez\/flexibilidad de estructuras y actividad a trav\u00e9s de la funcionalizaci\u00f3n.  en el presente trabajo, parte de un programa m\u00e1s amplio que cubrir\u00e1 una variedad de modelos propuestos, se ha elegido como conexi\u00f3n un sistema arom\u00e1tico, voluminoso, r\u00edgido y plano con disponibilidad electr\u00f3nica: el n\u00facleo heteroc\u00edclico de pirido [2,3-d]pirimidina.  las dos terminaciones activas iguales o distintas, se sustituyen en las posiciones 2 y 4 de dicho heterociclo.  la formula general de los productos son:  tambi\u00e9n se considera la variaci\u00f3n que pueden experimentar las dos unidades consideradas activas al cambiar la densidad electr\u00f3nica de la molecula con sustituyentes en la posicion 6 del anillo.  la evaluaci\u00f3n biol\u00f3gica consiste en ensayos de citotoxicidad en l\u00edneas celulares, mostrando una marcada actividad biol\u00f3gica.  estos resultados han dado lugar a la optimizaci\u00f3n del dise\u00f1o.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h3>Datos acad\u00e9micos de la tesis doctoral \u00ab<strong>\u00abdise\u00f1o, sintesis y evaluacion biologica de nuevos derivados de pirido[2,3-d] pirimidinas como agentes citotoxicos\u00bb<\/strong>\u00ab<\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>T\u00edtulo de la tesis:<\/strong>\u00a0 \u00abdise\u00f1o, sintesis y evaluacion biologica de nuevos derivados de pirido[2,3-d] pirimidinas como agentes citotoxicos\u00bb <\/li>\n<li><strong>Autor:<\/strong>\u00a0  Dominguez Mu\u00f1oz M.
