Para ello se han utilizado:  a,- las encuestas mediante entrevistas personales a los consumidores y a los detallistas.  b,- los paneles sensoriales mediante test de preferencia y aceptabilidad con jueces en sala de catas y con consumidores en punto de venta.  a estas informaciones primarias recogidas se han utilizado las t\u00e9cnicas de an\u00e1lisis univariante, bivariante y multivariante.  los resultados de este trabajo ponen de relieve que el consumidor madrile\u00f1o demanda para la uva de mesa un sabor dulce agradable, textura fina del grano y ausencia de semillas (busca de comodidad en el consumo). Y como factores que le desagrada est\u00e1n la presencia de semillas, la textura gruesa de la piel y el sabor \u00e1cido o ins\u00edpido.  se ha detectado tambi\u00e9n la existencia de barreras que impiden la expansi\u00f3n del comercio de nuevas variedades de uva de mesa, como es el caso de las apirenas (sin semillas). Sin embargo, indican un potencial de mercado para estas variedades, dada su calidad sensorial.  se desprende la posibilidad del uso de paneles de cata semi-entrenados para obtener una
