Jes\u00fas <\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>Se han determinado los niveles y tipo de contaminacion fungica presente en 657 muestras de piensos y semillas procedentes del mercado nacional espa\u00f1ol. Se han seleccionado los medios de cultivo adecuados para el crecimiento e identificacion de las 154 cepas de fusarium aisladas de dichos productos agricolas. Se han optimizado las condiciones de produccion, extraccion purificacion y deteccion de la fusarina c. Asimismo, se han determinado los niveles de produccion de esta micotoxina, en un medio especifico (ici), por las cepas de fusarium aisladas a partir de las muestras estudiadas. Tambien se ha realizado una evaluacion de la influencia de las condiciones meteorologicas en la contaminacion fungica de piensos y semillas.
