La obra dram\u00e1tica de la autora se compone de dieciocho obras editadas, que en el cap\u00edtulo tercero del trabajo de investigaci\u00f3n son estudiadas una a una en el contexto en que se crearon y fueron estrenadas, en su argumento, su estructura, temas, personajes, teatralidad, estilo y m\u00e9trica -en aqu\u00e9llas escritas en verso-. en el cuarto cap\u00edtulo se aborda el modo particular en que la autora se refleja en su teatro, as\u00ed como en el quinto se cotejan las dos ediciones que la autora preparar\u00f3 de su teatro, destacando el sentido de los cambios generales y los cambios puntuales. En el cap\u00edtulo secto se presenta una clasificaci\u00f3n de los elementos teatrales que la avellaneda utilizada de manera magistral en su obra, y en el s\u00e9ptimo se abordan cuestiones formales tales como la m\u00e9trica, el di\u00e1logo dram\u00e1tico, el lirismo, el lenguaje y el estilo. El cap\u00edtulo octavo recoge las conclusiones, el noveno la bibliograf\u00eda y el ap\u00e9ndice un conjunto de retratos y fotograf\u00edas que contribuyen a profundizar en la figura humana y
