Los mecanismos de fotodegradacion fueron propuestos en base a los fotoproductos aislados. Se realizaron ensayos de fototoxicidad in vitro, con los cuatro farmacos: test de fotohemolisis sobre eritrocitos humanos, ensayo de histidina, fotoperoxidacion sobre acido linoleico y determinacion de hidroperoxidos de timina. Del estudio fotoquimico y los ensayos in vitro se concluyo que fenofibrato y acido fenofibrico son los mas activos.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h3>Datos acad\u00e9micos de la tesis doctoral
