{"id":90062,"date":"2001-08-05T00:00:00","date_gmt":"2001-08-05T00:00:00","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.deberes.net\/tesis\/sin-categoria\/estudio-del-procesamiento-hidrotermico-de-materiales-lingnocelulosicos\/"},"modified":"2001-08-05T00:00:00","modified_gmt":"2001-08-05T00:00:00","slug":"estudio-del-procesamiento-hidrotermico-de-materiales-lingnocelulosicos","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.deberes.net\/tesis\/quimica\/estudio-del-procesamiento-hidrotermico-de-materiales-lingnocelulosicos\/","title":{"rendered":"Estudio del procesamiento hidrot\u00e9rmico de materiales lingnocelul\u00f3sicos"},"content":{"rendered":"<h2>Tesis doctoral de <strong> Gil Garrote Velasco <\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>Se estudi\u00f3 el fraccionamiento mediante tratamientos de autohidr\u00f3lisis de dos materiales lignocelul\u00f3sicos, madera de eucalyptus globulus y zuros de ma\u00edz.  en estos tratamientos el material lignocelul\u00f3sico y agua se ponen en contacto y se someten a la acci\u00f3n de calor para dar lugar a una fase l\u00edquida rica en olig\u00f3meros y mon\u00f3meros de las hemicelulosas (que tienen aplicaciones tanto en el campo alimentario como en el farmac\u00e9utico o que pueden destinarse a la producci\u00f3n de medios fermentativos para la obtenci\u00f3n de sustancias como el xilitol o el etanol) mientras que la fase s\u00f3lida, compuesta fundamentalmente por celulosa y lignina, resulta m\u00e1s susceptible a posteriores tratamientos de deslignficaci\u00f3n (para, por ejemplo, la producci\u00f3n de papel) o de hidr\u00f3lisis enzim\u00e1tica.  para ambos materiales se realizo una investigaci\u00f3n paralela que comenz\u00f3 por el estudio de su composici\u00f3n y despu\u00e9s se abord\u00f3 la operaci\u00f3n en condiciones isot\u00e9rmicas y en condiciones no isot\u00e9rmicas. Para todos los experimentos se desarrollaron modelos cin\u00e9ticos para explicar la autohidr\u00f3lisis del xilano, utilizando un modelo basado en reacciones pseudohomg\u00e9neas, irreversibles y de primer orden. Estos modelos contemplaban la existencia de dos fracciones dentro de los olig\u00f3meros.  tambi\u00e9n se estudi\u00f3 la producci\u00f3n de medios fermentativos mediante el acoplamiento de una etapa de posthidr\u00f3lisis mediante \u00e1cido sulf\u00farico. A trav\u00e9s de este tratamiento se obtuvo la conversi\u00f3n  cuantitativa a xilosa. con concentraciones de xilano soluble del 75-85% del xilano inicial.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h3>Datos
