Dentro de este contexto, se estudian aquellas variables que pueden afectar a la separacion cromatografica (retencion, resolucion, selectividad&#8230;) Proponiendose finalmente distintos metodos de separacion de los que se evaluaron las caracteristicas analiticas.  las separaciones obtenidas se aplican a muestras de orina humana, evaluandose dos procesos de extraccion (extraccion liquido-liquido y en fase solida), y a productos farmaceuticos. Por otro lado y a partir de estas separaciones, se derivan metodos mas sencillos para la determinacion de algunos compuestos de interes en orina (e.G. Testosterona y epitestosterona), asi como en algunos preparados farmaceuticos (e.G.
