Carmen <\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>El objetivo de la tesis ha sido el relacionar la composici\u00f3n en prolaminas del endospermo del trigo duro con la calidad para fabricaci\u00f3n de pasta, con el fin de poder establecer un programa de mejora gen\u00e9tica de la calidad del trigo duro.  el estudio gen\u00e9tico de la prolaminas se realiz\u00f3 en cuatro poblaciones f2 procedentes de cuatro cruzamientos entre diferentes variedades de trigo duro. Las pruebas de calidad se realizaron mediante, la prueba del volumen de sedimentaci\u00f3n, mix\u00f3grafo y alve\u00f3grafo, estos \u00faltimos aparatos de poca cantidad de harina, adaptados al laboratorio. Se determin\u00f3 el contenido en prote\u00edna con el nir y se estudi\u00f3 el efecto del abono nitrogenado.  los resultados indicaron que la variaci\u00f3n del locus glu-b3 que codifica gluteninas de bajo peso molecular es la que m\u00e1s influyeen la fuerza del gluten, medida esta por el volumen de sedimentaci\u00f3n, el tiempo de mezcla del mix\u00f3grafo y la w del alve\u00f3grafo.  la variante al\u00e9lica glu-b3a ten\u00eda un efecto positivo al igual que la subunidad de gluteninas de alto peso molecular 1, mientras que el efecto del par de subunidades de gluteninas de alto peso molecular 20+20y era negativo. adem\u00e1s interacciones entre glu-b3 y glu-b1 resultaron ser importantes en su influencia en la calidad.  el abonado nitrogenado influ\u00eda en el contenido en prote\u00edna y se demostr\u00f3 que se requer\u00eda un nivel medio tanto para el rendimiento como para que tuviera influencia en la calidad.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h3>Datos acad\u00e9micos de la tesis doctoral \u00ab<strong>Prolaminas en trigo duro: herencia y relaci\u00f3n con los par\u00e1metros de calidad para pasta<\/strong>\u00ab<\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>T\u00edtulo de la tesis:<\/strong>\u00a0 Prolaminas en trigo duro: herencia y relaci\u00f3n con los par\u00e1metros de calidad para pasta <\/li>\n<li><strong>Autor:<\/strong>\u00a0  Martinez Parrilla M.
