Jos\u00e9 <\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>Los mim\u00e9ticos de nucle\u00f3sidos (incluidos los an\u00e1logos carboc\u00edclicos de nucle\u00f3sidos, acn) constituyen un pilar importante en la terpia antiviral actualmente disponible para el tratamiento de infecciones ocasionadas por herpes y retrovirus.  la estrategia sint\u00e9tica m\u00e1s general para la obtenci\u00f3n de carbonucle\u00f3sidos consiste en la preparaci\u00f3n de aminoalcoholes precursores, ya que una vez en posesi\u00f3n de \u00e9stos, rutas de tipo divergente permiten obtener un elevado n\u00famero de an\u00e1logos.  as\u00ed, la mayor parte de este trabajo describe la preparaci\u00f3n de cuatro aminoalcoholes precursores de acn, dos de ellos con esqueleto de ciclobutano y obtenidos enantiom\u00e9ricamente puros, y los otros dos con esqueleto de ciclopentano, referibles a configuraciones xilo- y arabino-, y obtendios ambos en forma rac\u00e9mica.  sobre estos dos \u00faltimos se ha llevado a cabo la s\u00edntesis de an\u00e1logos de adenina y 8-azaadenina obteni\u00e9ndose las dos series de hom\u00f3logos de xilo-carbonucle\u00f3sidos y los correspondientes hom\u00f3logos de arabino-carbonucle\u00f3sidos derivados de 8-azaadenina, que finalmente han sido sometidos a evaluaci\u00f3n de su potencial antiviral.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h3>Datos acad\u00e9micos de la tesis doctoral \u00ab<strong>An\u00e1logos carboc\u00edclicos de nucle\u00f3sidos derivados de polimetil -o poli(hidroximetil)- cicloalcano<\/strong>\u00ab<\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>T\u00edtulo de la tesis:<\/strong>\u00a0 An\u00e1logos carboc\u00edclicos de nucle\u00f3sidos derivados de polimetil -o poli(hidroximetil)- cicloalcano <\/li>\n<li><strong>Autor:<\/strong>\u00a0  Figueira Figueroa M.
