Fundamentalmente, se centra en las inestabilidades producidas en diversos semiconductores como consecuencia del efecto gunn, consistente en la generaci\u00f3n de oscilaciones de corriente el\u00e9ctrica, en un amplio espectro de frecuencias. Los tipos de sistemas analizados se han clasificado en cuatro apartados:  a,- efecto gunn en muestras largas de germanio tipo-p ultrapuro, a bajas temperaturas.  b,- efecto gunn fotorrefractivo, producido en n-gaas al ser luminado con dos haces de luz coherente.  c,- efecto gunn en n-gaas semiaislante, con generaci\u00f3n de grandes osciladores, sobre las cuales se pueden realizar medidas experimentales precisas.  d,- flujo granular lento inducido pro la gravedad.  las principales aportaciones de esta memoria se pueden resumir, de forma general, en tres:  1,- desarrollo de m\u00e9todos num\u00e9ricos optimizados, para los diferentes sistemas estudiados.  2,- desarrollo de m\u00e9todos asint\u00f3ticos espec\u00edficos, mediante la utilizaci\u00f3n de t\u00e9cnicas perturbativas, con el fin de obtener soluciones anal\u00edticas aproximadas, simples, pero precisas.  3,- desarrollo de m\u00e9todos itinerarios, encaminados a la obtenci\u00f3n de coeficientes y par\u00e1metros
