Belen Gomez Pardo <\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>En el presente estudio se realiza un analisis de los genes arnr, utilizando tecnicas citogen\u00e9ticas y moleculares, con el objetivo de contribuir al conocimiento de aspectos basicos, funcionales y evolutivos de esta importante familia g\u00e9nica, asi como de las caracteristicas poblacionales y la filogenia de este grupo de peces escasamente analizado.  el analisis cariot\u00edpico realizado en cinco especies de este orden, scophthalmus maximus, scophthalmus rhombus, plstichthys flesus, solea solea y solea lascaris, ha permitido establecer el cariotipo estandar, asi como la localizaci\u00f3n de los nor en estas especies. Los an\u00e1lisis realizados no han permitido detectar la existencia de heteromorfismos cromos\u00f3micos asociados al del sexo en ninguna de las especies analizadas. Los resultados obtenidos reflejan una constituci\u00f3n cariot\u00edpica y una localizaci\u00f3n de las regiones nor muy similar dentro de cada una de las familias analizadas de este orden.  el an\u00e1lisis molecular de los genes adnr nos ha permitido obtener un primer mapa de restricci\u00f3n de la totalidad de la unidad ribos\u00f3mica en cinco especies de este orden: s.Maximus, s.Rhombus,p.Flesus, s.Solea y s.Lascaris. asimismo, hemos demostrado la existencia de una importante variabilidad en el tama\u00f1o de los espaciadores interg\u00e9nicos (igs) de las cinco especies. este analisis ha demostrado que la escasa diversidad detectada en s.Maximus para isoenzimas no es extensible a otras regiones del genoma.  finalmente, los resultados obtenidos del analisis filogenetico realizado, tras la secuenciaci\u00f3n de parte del adnr mitocondrial 16s en 29 especies de este orden y mediante tres m\u00e9todos de reconstrucci\u00f3n filogen\u00e9tica, y la comparaci\u00f3n de estos con los datos previos existentes, ha demostrado la existencia de una elevada divergencia evolutiva entre las diferentes familias analizadas.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h3>Datos acad\u00e9micos de la tesis doctoral \u00ab<strong>Estudio citogenetico y molecular de los genes arnr en el orden pleuronectiformes<\/strong>\u00ab<\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>T\u00edtulo de la tesis:<\/strong>\u00a0 Estudio citogenetico y molecular de los genes arnr en el orden pleuronectiformes <\/li>\n<li><strong>Autor:<\/strong>\u00a0 M.
