En particular, se ha trabajado en los siguientes objetivos:  sintesis y comparaci\u00f3n de los espaciadores bifuncionales hmfs y bfm, con la idea de minimizar la presencia de impurezas organicas en los crudos nucleopeptidicos introduccion de los residuos de asparagina, glutamina y arginina en nucleop\u00e9ptidos, se ha evaluado la necesidad o no de proteger las cadenas laterales de estos amino\u00e1cidos trifuncionales  estabilidad de los enlaces fosfato di\u00e9ster, tanto los l\u00e1biles a bases por eliminaci\u00f3n (serina y treonina nucle\u00f3sido) como los l\u00e1biles a nucle\u00f3filos (tirosina nucle\u00f3sido)  influencia del amino\u00e1cido c terminal en la proporci\u00f3n de nucleop\u00e9ptidos \u00e1cido y amida tras los tratamientos de desanclaje y desprotecci\u00f3n con amon\u00edaco acuoso concentrado.  se ha evaluado tambien la influencia del p\u00e9ptido en la estabilidad de d\u00faplex formados por nucleop\u00e9ptidos.  finalmente, se ha estudiado el procesamiento del complejo topoisomerasa i dna por el enzima tirosina dna fosfodieste rasa (tdp) utilizando nucleop\u00e9ptidos que mimetizan la uni\u00f3n covalente topoisomerasa i dna. En este estudio se ha puesto de manifiesto la preferencia de la tdp por sustratos compuestos por oligonucle\u00f3tdos largos y p\u00e9ptidos cortos.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h3>Datos acad\u00e9micos de
