Se ha investigado la respuesta del empaquetamiento molecular de alcanotioles sobre au(111) y alcanosilanos (six3-(ch2)n-1ch3) sobre mica ante la presi\u00f3n ejercida por la punta del sfm, determinando la variaci\u00f3n de altura y fricci\u00f3n de las islas. Como objetivos, se ha perseguido profundizar en el conocimiento de las propiedades estructurales de las sams y en el entendimiento de las interacciones que conducen a la autoorganizaci\u00f3n molecular, dar una perspectiva molecular de la respuesta del empaquetamiento ante la presi\u00f3n y su correlaci\u00f3n con la fricci\u00f3n.  se aporta informaci\u00f3n estructural nueva que completa los conocimientos existentes hasta la fecha revelando importantes aspectos de la autoorganizacion. se describe un comportamiento discreto de la fricci\u00f3n y variaci\u00f3n de altura de las peliculas bajo presi\u00f3n, lo que ha permitido establecer una correlaci\u00f3n entre procesos de disipaci\u00f3n de energia y cambios estructurales de las
