del pino canario"},"content":{"rendered":"<h2>Tesis doctoral de <strong> Juliane Peters <\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>La tesis doctoral presentada bajo este t\u00edtulo representa un estudio acerca de algunas caracter\u00edsticas ecofisiol\u00f3gicas importantes de pinus canariensis, una especies end\u00e9micas del archipi\u00e9lago canario que representa actualmente la principal masa forestal del mismo y que es parte de una flora rel\u00edctica procedentes de la flora que durante el terciario bordeaba el antiguo mar de tethys, que actualmente es la cuenca del mediterr\u00e1neo.  se estudi\u00f3 a esta especie desde el punto de vista de la adaptaci\u00f3n a su \u00e1rea de distribuci\u00f3n natural por medio de an\u00e1lisis de nutrientes, pigmentos y antioxidantes y medidas de fluorescencia de la clorofila a lo largo de un perfil vertical sobre la isla de tenerife.  asimismo se anliz\u00f3 su inercambio gaseoso en una parcela natural del bosque de pinos dependiendo de la edad de las ac\u00edculas y de su posici\u00f3n en el dosel vegetal.  se caracteriz\u00f3 la respuesta de plantas de pino canario en maceta frente a un estr\u00e9s h\u00eddrico suave estudiando la con centraci\u00f3n de pigmentos, antioxidantes,la fluorescencia de la clorofila y el intercambio gaseoso en plantas regadas y en plantas no-regadas.  y, finalmente, se analiz\u00f3 tambi\u00e9n la resistencia de las ac\u00edculas a las temperaturas extremas por miedo de pruebas de resitencia evaluadas luego mediante fluorescencia de la clorfila, liberaci\u00f3n de electrolitos y valoraci\u00f3n visual del da\u00f1o.  como paso previo para todos estos estudios fisiol\u00f3gicos se hizo un estudio de la estructura y la ultraestructura de las ac\u00edculas pormicroscop\u00eda \u00f3ptica y por micrsocop\u00eda electr\u00f3nica de transmisi\u00f3n y de barrido.  el estudio de la estructura y la ultraestructura de las ac\u00edculas de pinus canriensis mostr\u00f3 caracter\u00edsticas, tales como estomas profundamente hundidos, presencia de cers, una estrecha c\u00e1mara epiestom\u00e1tica y la existencia de un tejido mec\u00e1nico que subyace en la epidermes, que consituyen una
