A continuaci\u00f3n se ha combinado la lvi con los diferentes procedimientos optimizados de extracci\u00f3n: extracci\u00f3n en fase s\u00f3lida (spe) y microextracci\u00f3n l\u00edquido-l\u00edquido (llme).Adem\u00e1s, se ha estudiado la atomatizaci\u00f3n de la etapa de extracci\u00f3n utilizando el aspec xl. En segundo lugar se ha optimizado la inyecci\u00f3n de grandes vol\u00famenes mediante vaporizaci\u00f3n con programaci\u00f3n de temperatura (ptv). Seguidamente se ha combiando de manera off-line los procedimientos de extracci\u00f3n (spe y llme), con la inyecci\u00f3n en el cromat\u00f3grafo de gases mediante ptv. El procedimiento de extracci\u00f3n en fase s\u00f3lida automatizada ha sido combinado de manera off-line con este modo de inyecci\u00f3n.  finalmente, los procedimientos desarrollados se han aplicado a la determinaci\u00f3n de plaguicidas en muestras de agua superficiales procedentes de la comunidad Valenciana, habi\u00e9ndose comparado los resultados con los obtenidos mediante lle-gc
