As\u00edmismo, se ha estudiado el mecanismo por el  que se lleva a cabo esta transformaci\u00f3n incluyendo estudios fotoqu\u00edmicos y te\u00f3ricos.  en el primer cap\u00edtulo se presentan los antecedentes biliogr\u00e1ficos m\u00e1s destacados sobre los que se basa este trabajo.  en el cap\u00edtulo segundo se describen los resultados experimentales obtenidos en la irradiaci\u00f3n de iminocarbenos, que permite la formaci\u00f3n de derivados de 1-pirrolina y 2h-pirrol, adem\u00e1s de otros tipos de compuestos nitrogenados.  el tercer cap\u00edtulo trata sobre el mecanismo por el que se llevan a cabo estas reacciones. Se presenta una propuesta que justifica los resultados  obtenidos, incluyendo la regio y estereoqu\u00edmica de las reacciones.  el estudio fotoqu\u00edmico de los iminocarbenos de fischer se presenta en el cap\u00edtulo cuarto. Se han realizado estudios de desactivaci\u00f3n y sensibilizaci\u00f3n, medidas de tiempos de vida, fluorescencia, constantes de desactivaci\u00f3n y rendimiento cu\u00e1ntico.  finalmente, en el cap\u00edtulo quinto se describen los c\u00e1lculos te\u00f3ricos realizados sobre estas reacciones, que incluyen c\u00e1lculos de estructuras y energ\u00edas de distintos carbenos y el estudio de los
