Este \u00faltimo inhibidor presenta un proceso de isomerizaci\u00f3n del complejo formado inicialmente con el enzima, lo que provoca un incremento de la afinidad por el inhibidor de aproximadamente 50 veces para la hmgr de t. Cruzi.  3,- el modelo obtenido de la hmgr de t.
