Para ello, se analizan, entre otras cosas, la historia de la once y su obra social, la dependencia economica de dicha obra de una unica fuente de financiacion: el cupon prociegos.  se estudian luego las principales campa\u00f1as de publicidad de la once, los contenidos emitidos en ellas-junto con los mensajes de venta del cupon,-y la construccion de nuevas im\u00e1genes de las personas discapacitadas. Se estudian los procesos de cambios de actitud, su expresion social en el seno del grupo, y como operan sobre ellos las im\u00e1genes emitidas en los medios de comunicaci\u00f3n.  posteriormente se estudia, en diferentes encuestas de epocas sucesivas, el efecto especifico de la comunicaci\u00f3n de la once y la evoluci\u00f3n de la opinion y las actitudes de la sociedad hacia las personas con discapacidad. tambien se mide, analiza, compara y explica el cambio operado y sus principales caracteristicas.
