en la evaluaci\u00f3n de la eficacia y seguridad del tratamiento con factores tr\u00f3ficos en modelos experimentales de enfermedad de parkinson en roedores y primates.  en ratas lesionadas por 6-hidroxidopamina, la infusi\u00f3n intraestriatal de \u00abmedio condicionado por gl\u00eda\u00bb en dos paradigmas experimentales (protecci\u00f3n\/restauraci\u00f3n) demuestra eficacia y selectividad sobre el sistema dopamin\u00e9rgico, mejorando los \u00edndices evaluados (niveles de dopamina, supervivencia y tasas de rotaci\u00f3n por apomorfina).  se definen de manera detallada las caracter\u00edsticas cl\u00ednicas, neuroqu\u00edmicas y radiol\u00f3gicas (tomograf\u00eda por emisi\u00f3n de positrones con fluorodopa) del modelo de hemiparkinsonismo en primates mediante inyecci\u00f3n intracarot\u00eddea de mptp.  se describen los efectos de la infusi\u00f3n estriatal a largo plazo de factor derivado de fibroblastos fgf y derivado de la gl\u00eda gdnf.El tratamiento con fgf mejor\u00f3 los par\u00e1metros cl\u00ednicos, radiol\u00f3gicos y morfol\u00f3gicos de lesi\u00f3n dopamin\u00e9rgica con aparici\u00f3n de escasos efectos
