tesis demuestra la implicaci\u00f3n directa de los procesos de fosforilaci\u00f3n en tirosina en la regulaci\u00f3n de la interacci\u00f3n entre la b y la piro-cateninas con la e-cadherina en las uniones adherentes.  as\u00ed mismo demuestra el efecto de la piro-catenina, o al menos de algunas de sus isoformas, en la regulaci\u00f3n de la expresi\u00f3n de snail, el factor represor del gen de la e-cadherina en c\u00e9lulas epiteliales tumorales.  en \u00faltimo lugar, demuestra un papel positivo o activo de las formas truncadas de la prote\u00edna apc, expresadas en la mavioria de tumores
