En este trabajo, el ligando elegido ha sido el di-2-piridil cetona (dpk), tnato por su variedad en los modos de coordinaci\u00f3n como por su capacidad para formar compuestos polinucleares.  en esta l\u00ednea, se han sintetizado y caracterizado (mdiante direcci\u00f3n de rayos x, an\u00e1lisis elemental, espectroscopias infraroja, reflectancia difusa y de resonancia paramagn\u00e9tica electr\u00f3nica y medias de susceptibilidad magn\u00e9tica), sistemas dinucleares de mn(ii) y cu(ii) con el ligando pseudohaluro tiocianato; sistemas tetranucleares de mn(ii), co(ii) y ni(ii) con los ligandos pseudohaluro aizada y cianato y sistemas mono y bidimensionales de cu(ii) con los ligandos tiocianto y azida, respectivamente, estando en todos ellos presente el ligando di-2-piridil cetona
