Teresa <\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>Para la realizacion de la tesis se han estudiado la planta chrysanthemum coronarium y la cepa p-95 a de penicillium aurantiogriseum y la cepa p-95 b de penicillium grieseofulvum. Tras la extraccion y fraccionamiento de las flores de c. Coronarium se ha aislado e identificado un compuesto con estructura de espiroacetal con actividad antagonista de la hormona juvenil frente a oncopeltus fasciatus. De esta planta se han identificado ademas dos tripertenos pentaciclicos, alfa-amirina y beta-amirina, y cuatro guaianolidos, zuurbergenina, dihidrozuurbergenina, cumambrina a y dihidrocumambrina a, todos ellos han mostrado diversas actividades microbicidas. El guaianolido dihidrozuurbergenina no se ha encontrado descrito. Del hongo p. Aurantiogriseum se ha aislado un compuesto para el que se ha propuesto la estructura del derivado acetilado en el carbono 5 del compuesto 2-metoxi-3-metil-ciclopent- 2-ene-1,4-dione. Este compuesto presenta 100% de actividad entomotoxica a la dosis de 1  g\/ ninfa. De este hongo se han identificado tres acidos grasos: palmitico, estearico y linoleico; este ultimo muestra una importante actividad fungicida frente a alternaria tenuis. Del hongo p. Griseofulvum se han aislado la declorogriseofulvina, la griseofulvina y el manitol. La griseofulvina muestra actividad fungicida destacable frente a casi todos los hongos ensayados. El manitol se aislo en un porcentaje considerable, aproximadamente un 2% del micelio seco.
