{"id":90438,"date":"2001-01-06T00:00:00","date_gmt":"2001-01-06T00:00:00","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.deberes.net\/tesis\/sin-categoria\/imaging-arrays-with-in-pixel-memory-implemented-in-cmos-technology\/"},"modified":"2001-01-06T00:00:00","modified_gmt":"2001-01-06T00:00:00","slug":"imaging-arrays-with-in-pixel-memory-implemented-in-cmos-technology","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.deberes.net\/tesis\/fisica\/imaging-arrays-with-in-pixel-memory-implemented-in-cmos-technology\/","title":{"rendered":"Imaging arrays with in-pixel memory implemented in cmos technology"},"content":{"rendered":"<h2>Tesis doctoral de <strong> Genis Chapinal G\u00f3mez <\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>En esta tesis se ha dise\u00f1ado y testeado un prototipo de c\u00e1mara cmos con una arquitectura de pixel que permite la captura de im\u00e1genes s\u00edncrona para todos los pixeles, as\u00ed como almacenar el valor de la lectura mediante una memoria anal\u00f3gica incorporada en el mismo pixel.  la captura s\u00edncrona de la imagen permite subsanar un problema t\u00edpico en sensores cmos, ya que debido a su arquitectura se suele capturar s\u00edncronamente solo los pixels de una misma fila, cosa que comporta problemas a la hora de implementar algunos algoritmos de procesado de imagen. Al incorporar una memoria anal\u00f3gica, permite eliminar en ciertos casos la utilizaci\u00f3n de una ram externa, e incluso en algunos casos de un conversor ad, permitiendo la disminuci\u00f3n del tama\u00f1o total del sistema.  con las conclusiones extra\u00eddas de la realizaci\u00f3n de un primer prototipo (24 x 24 pixels) se ha dise\u00f1ado y testeado una nueva c\u00e1mara (128 x 128 pixels) que presenta mejoras sobre todo en cuanto a resoluci\u00f3n, disminuci\u00f3n del tama\u00f1o del pixel e integraci\u00f3n a nivel de sistema. Respecto al \u00faltimo apartado se ha incorporado dentro del chip la electr\u00f3nica de control que permite convertir el integrado en un sistema totalmente aut\u00f3nomo.  finalmente se han implementado dos aplicaciones que aprovechan las especiales caracter\u00edsticas de los dos sensores anteriormente presentados. La primera se trata de una aplicaci\u00f3n est\u00e1ndar, una c\u00e1mara con salida en formato pal. las caracter\u00edsticas de la c\u00e1mara, especialmente lectura no destructiva y lectura aleatoria, simplifican en gran medida su dise\u00f1o. Una segunda aplicaci\u00f3n consiste en un sistema de visi\u00f3n de bajo coste para robosts m\u00f3viles.
