fin de estudiar la posici\u00f3n que el hidroxilo c-25 de la hormona calcitriol(1a,25-dihidroxivitamina d3) adopta en el centro activo y poder as\u00ed realizar un dise\u00f1o racional de an\u00e1logos de la misma de potencial interes terapeutico, se han dise\u00f1ado y sintetizado seis nuevos an\u00e1logos del calcitriol cuyas cadenas laterales son parcialmente rigidas debido a la introducci\u00f3n de anillos cicloprop\u00e1nicos c-17a(21) y triples o dobles enlaces (z y e) en la posici\u00f3n c-22(23).  se describen los resultados biol\u00f3gicos relativos a la afinidad por el
