Carmen <\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>Aeromonas hydrophila es una bacteria gram negativa anaerobia facultativa que se encuentra relacionada tanto con enfermedades humanas como de animales terrestres y acu\u00e1ticos. Origina p\u00e9rdidas importantes en cultivos intensivos de peces debido a que es el agente causal de la septicemia hemorr\u00e1gica. la vacunaci\u00f3n esta ganando terreno a la quimioterpia como m\u00e9todo de control y prevenci\u00f3n de la enfermedad. Las vacunas vivas atenuadas proporcionan una y mayor protecci\u00f3n que las vacunas convencionales debido a que estimulan m\u00e1s eficientemente la inmunidad mediada por c\u00e9lulas. Una forma de obtener organismos atenuados es mediante la introducci\u00f3n de mutaciones en genes que codifican enzimas que participan en rutas metab\u00f3licas universales. un ejemplo es el gen aroa, cuya funci\u00f3nes esencial en la bacteria para sobrevivir y crecer in vitro y por lo tanto causar enfermedad.
