Tambi\u00e9n encontramos que la prote\u00edna sigma a se localiza en el nucleoplasma de c\u00e9lulas de mam\u00edfero, y experimentos realizados con c\u00e9lulas permeabilizadas con digitonina indicaron que se mantiene arrestada en el nucleoplasma por interacci\u00f3n con factores celulares espec\u00edficos de c\u00e9lulas de mam\u00edfero.   por otra parte, estudiamos el transporte de la prote\u00edna sigma a al n\u00facleo de la c\u00e9lula y demostramos que sigma a penetra en el n\u00facleo por un mecanismo de transporte selectivo y no por difusi\u00f3n pasiva. Sin embargo, la entrada de sigma a al n\u00facleo no sigue la ruta cl\u00e1sica dependiente de importinas y de secuencias nls, sino que alcanza el n\u00facleo por un mecanismo independiente de factores citos\u00f3licos y de energ\u00eda. Tambi\u00e9n observamos que la prote\u00edna sigma a expresada en c\u00e9lulas vero no recircula entre el n\u00facleo y el citoplasma y que su presencia en el n\u00facleo es dependiente del estado transcripcional de la c\u00e9lula. Tambi\u00e9n demostramos que sigma a utiliza el receptor crm1 para salir del n\u00facleo de c\u00e9lulas vero cuando se inhibe la transcripci\u00f3n.  por \u00faltimo, hemos demostrado que la prote\u00edna sigma a se asocia y colocaliza en el interior de la c\u00e9lula con la nucleolina de mam\u00edfero y que induce su redistribuci\u00f3n intracelular.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h3>Datos
