Esta lectina reconoce prote\u00ednas altamente glicosiladas presentes en la superficie de muchos pat\u00f3genos como vih, virus del \u00e9bola, mycobacterium tuberculosis, et. Por este motivo, en esta tesis doctoral se ha realizado un dise\u00f1o racional basado en t\u00e9cnicas computacionales de docking de tres ligandos naturales y un glocomim\u00e9tico. se ha llevado a cabo la s\u00edntesis de estos compuestos utilizando, en el caso de los ligandos naturales, un intermedio sint\u00e9tico com\u00fan. Con estos ligandos se ha realizado un estudio a nivel estructural utilizando resonancia magn\u00e9tica nuclear (rmn) y biosensores con detecci\u00f3n de resonancia del plasm\u00f3n de superficie (spr), que ha permitido obtener informaci\u00f3n a nivel molecular de la interacci\u00f3n de estos ligandos con el receptor dc-sign. pposteriormente, mediante estudios de inhibici\u00f3n utilizando un modelo d3e infecci\u00f3n en cis con part\u00edculas pseudotipadas del virus del \u00e9bola se seleccion\u00f3 el mejor de los ligandos, el copmpuesto glicomim\u00e9tico. Con este compuesto se prepar\u00f3 un sistema glicodendr\u00edtico monodisperso que inhib\u00eda la interacci\u00f3n glicoprote\u00edna viral\/dc-sign. la continuaci\u00f3n de estos resultados
