Durante la oogenesis, los oocitos sintetizan y almacenan grandes cantidades de arn mensajeros que ser\u00e1n necesarios para la compleci\u00f3n de la meiosis y tambi\u00e9n para las primeras divisiones embrionarias. De este periodo destaca el hecho que transcurren en ausencia de transcripci\u00f3n, por lo tanto la s\u00edntesis de prote\u00ednas depende de la activaci\u00f3n traduccional de los arn mensajeros (armm) acumulados durante la oogenesis. La activaci\u00f3n traduccional de los mensajeros est\u00e1 inducida por la elongaci\u00f3n de la cola de poliadeninas (cola poli (a)), mediada por las secuencias de poliadenilaci\u00f3n citoplasm\u00e1tica (cpe) presentes en la regi\u00f3n 3# no traducida (3#utr) de los arnm. El momento y la longitud de la poliadenilaci\u00f3n de los arnm que contienen los elementos cpe est\u00e1n estrechamente regulados, de modo que combinado con la degradaci\u00f3n de las prote\u00ednas, se establecen patrones espec\u00edficos de expresi\u00f3n de prote\u00ednas que conducen la meiosis (shmitt et al., 2002; de moor and richter, 1997; ballantyne et al., 1997; mendez et al., 2002; charlesworth et al., 2002). hasta la fecha , no se ha descrito que la deadenilaci\u00f3n (acortamiento de la cola de poli (a) fuera necesaria para la progresi\u00f3n mei\u00f3tica. En esta tesis se ha descrito e identificado una ruta de retroalimentaci\u00f3n negativa requerida para progresi\u00f3n mei\u00f3tica despu\u00e9s de la entrada en la primera metafase. Esta nueva ruta, adem\u00e1s, tiene la particularidad de actuar a nivel traduccional regulando la expresi\u00f3n de las prote\u00ednas por deadenilaci\u00f3n. El elemento central de esta ruta es la prote\u00edna c3h-4, que interacciona con elementos are de las regiones 3#utr provocando la deadenilaci\u00f3n del arnm al cual se est\u00e1 uniendo. Adem\u00e1s se han identificado dos de sus dianas, emi1 y emi2, las dos, reguladoras de la actividad apc\/c que es cr\u00edtica para la divisi\u00f3n celular.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h3>Datos
