En concreto, la tesis doctoral presentada constituye un estudio experimental de las instituciones del liderazgo y la informaci\u00f3n en organizaciones y mercados. As\u00ed, en el primer ensayo, se investiga las dos dimensiones del liderazgo end\u00f3geno (#buenos# versus #malos# l\u00edderes) en entornos de producci\u00f3n en equipo. Todo ello desde una perspectiva informacional. El segundo ensayo, se centra en el papel de diferentes tipos de informaci\u00f3n en distintos entornos organizativos. En ambos entornos (juego de bienes p\u00fablicos est\u00e1ndar versus un juego de coordinaci\u00f3n, el conocido juego del m\u00ednimo) comparamos tres condiciones informativas distintas: agregada (contribuci\u00f3n media\/contribuci\u00f3n m\u00ednima); desagregada no identificable y, desagregada identificable. En el tercer ensayo, se presenta un an\u00e1lisis experimental sobre el efecto de la informaci\u00f3n y la comunicaci\u00f3n en entornos ambiguos.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h3>Datos acad\u00e9micos de la
