El modelo tiene un grado alto de fiabilidad y puede ser usado en la simulaci\u00f3n del comportamiento de la instalaci\u00f3n, y de esta manera predecir un mejor funcionamiento encaminado a la operaci\u00f3n energ\u00e9ticamente eficiente del sistema u otras aplicaciones. Por lo tanto, los objetivos generales planteados en esta tesis son: desarrollo y validaci\u00f3n del modelo f\u00edsico capaz de predecir el comportamiento estacionario de la instalaci\u00f3n, y la aplicaci\u00f3n del modelo para la simulaci\u00f3n energ\u00e9tica con el fin de ayudar a encontrar las condiciones de operaci\u00f3n que optimicen el funcionamiento energ\u00e9tico de la
