En ratones (nzwxb6) f1, predispuestos a enfermedades autoinmunes, la hiperexpresi\u00f3n de bcl. 2 humano en c\u00e9lulas b promueve la aparici\u00f3n de un s\u00edndrome l\u00fapico, dependiente de c\u00e9lulas cd4, caracterizado por la hiperganmaglobulinas igg e iga, producci\u00f3n de anticuerpos y el desarrollo de una glomenlofrenitis fatal. En an\u00e1lisis de las lesiones glomerulares por microscop\u00eda \u00f3ptica electr\u00f3nica e inmunofluorescencia indican que la glomerulenefritos observada en estos ratones es similiar a la nefropag\u00eda iga humana. La hiperexpresi\u00f3n de bcl.2 en la c\u00e9lulas b tambi\u00e9n anumenta la respuesta inmune sist\u00e9mica de iga frente a ant\u00edgenos t dependientes. Adem\u00e1s la iga purificada de ratones (nzwxb6) f1 -hbcl.2 tg pero no la de (nzwxb6) no tg presenta un patr\u00f3n de galactosilaci\u00f3n terminal reducido y una mayor capacidad para depositarse en el msangio glomerular. En conclusi\u00f3n, el presente estudio indica que defectos en la regulaci\u00f3n de la supervivencia de los linfocitos puede estar relacionado en la patog\u00e9nesis de la nefropat\u00eda iga. Adem\u00e1s describimos un nuevo modelo experimental \u00fatil para el estudio de los mecanismos celulares y moleculares relacionados con la patog\u00e9nesis de esta forma de
